We understand that plans can change and Cincinnati weather doesn’t always cooperate. Please review our cancellation, rescheduling, and weather policies before booking your treasure hunt.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your treasure hunt? Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled hunt to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled hunt are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
If your plans change and you’d rather reschedule, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
You can either have us reschedule your booking for you, or we can provide a 100% off code that allows you to book a new date and time at no additional cost.
Bad Weather Policy
We want your treasure hunt to be fun and safe. If bad weather makes it unsafe or difficult to enjoy your outdoor hunt, you may cancel or stop your hunt at any time.
Contact us and we’ll provide a 100% off code so you can reschedule for another date at no additional cost. If you prefer, we’ll be happy to reschedule the hunt for you.
